Core+ Power Flow: My signature classes for women, blending Pilates precision with strength, balance, mobility, and the calming, centring gifts of yoga.
These 45-minute, full-body fitness classes are designed to kickstart your metabolism, build strength, and enhance mobility.
With 35+ years of coaching, I’ve designed each session to manage cortisol and boost vitality, starting with a lymphatic flush for circulation and detox and energizing breath-work practices for increased vitality and stress management.
Every class is unique—expect props, hand weights, and results that hit smart, not hard.
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Each 45 minute session combines short, intense bursts of exercise with recovery periods, all done in a way that's safe, modifiable, and effective to help maintain vitality, muscle tone, and overall health.
Perfect for women, focusing on building strength, boosting power, enhancing agility, improving resilience, and refining movement kinetics. All equipment provided.
This class helps you get stronger, move better, and feel more energetic, all while reducing the risk of injuries.
Core+ Power Flow is about keeping you fit, flexible, and full of life, tailored to support the body changes that come with aging well.
With a focus on posture and breath work, this no impact class will fly by as you work out your whole body.
Focusing on fluid movements that enhance mobility, flexibility, balance, and strength, this class integrates continuous, smooth transitions to promote a sense of vitality and well-being.
Work out smarter not harder as we align the principles of strength, power, agility, resilience, and kinetics with the calming and centring practice of yoga.
All classes are tailored to rejuvenate the body and mind, helping to maintain joint health, reduce stress, and improve overall physical function.
(Saturdays, please bring your own yoga mat. All other props are provided.)

All classes are held in our indoor fitness studio at our farm at 188 Langford Drive, Warkworth.
All equipment is provided, including blocks and straps. For yoga, please bring your own mat.
