Pilates & Yoga Core+: 45-Minutes, 2 Class Styles

These 45-minute, full-body fitness classes are designed to kickstart your metabolism, build strength, and enhance mobility. Low to zero impact.

45 minute classes, $20 drop-in with an RSVP.

Yoga Core+
Sat 8:15-9:00AM (Bring your yoga mat. Blocks + straps provided)

With 35+ years of coaching, I’ve designed each class session to manage stress and boost vitality. My signature classes for women, blend precision with strength, balance, mobility, to energize the body and focus the mind.

Every class is unique—expect props, hand weights, and results that hit smart, not hard. 

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Pilates =  A classic mat work, full body workout (with my signature twists) on our custom over-sized and well-cushioned Pilates mats.

All props and equipment are provided for my classes.

Yoga Core+ = A balance between standing and floor exercises—low to zero impact. Bring your yoga mat.

These 45-minute, no-impact classes for women combine short, intense exercise bursts with recovery periods, focusing on strength, power, agility, resilience, and movement. Tailored to support lifelong vitality, they enhance vitality, muscle tone, and joint health while reducing injury risk and stress. With fluid movements, yoga-inspired posture, and breath work, they boost mobility, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. All equipment is provided, and classes are safe, modifiable, and designed to rejuvenate body and mind.

(Saturdays, please bring your own yoga mat. All other props are provided.)


Fee Schedule: $20 per class, cash only—at the door. (As you wish w/RSVP = Click calendar below to RSVP)

All classes are held in our 
indoor fitness studio at our farm at 188 Langford Drive, Warkworth. Parking is behind the house in the parking area (use the barn driveway).

All 
equipment is provided, including blocks and straps and extra thick Pilates mats. For yoga, please bring your own mat.
