Pilates—The Foundation

Essential Core, 60 minutes
(Thurs 5:45 PM & Sat 10:45 AM)

A 60 minute, classical Pilates mat work class with props (BOSU, bands, etc).

Custom Fit started with Pilates—this is the signature class of Cait's coaching; it's the foundation for all of the other class styles.

With a focus on posture and breath work, this no impact class will fly by as you work out your whole body. All equipment provided.

S.P.A.R.K—The Foundation 

Full Body, Zero Impact, 45 min
(Wednesday, 5:30 AM)

The S.P.A.R.K. Mat Class is a 45-minute workout perfect for women over 40, focusing on building strength, boosting power, enhancing agility, improving resilience, and refining movement kinetics

S.P.A.R.K class helps you get stronger, move better, and feel more energetic, all while reducing the risk of injuries. 

S.P.A.R.K is about keeping you fit, flexible, and full of life, tailored to support the body changes that come with aging well. All equipment provided.

MetaRev IIT—The Challenge

Intelligent Interval Training, 45 min
(Tues/Thur/ 5:30 AM + Sat 8:15 AM)

MetaRev IIT: Metabolic Revival intelligent interval training benefits women over 40 by boosting metabolism, building muscle, improving cardiovascular and bone health, and aiding in efficient fat burning.

These 45-minute, full-body fitness classes are designed to kickstart your metabolism, build strength, and enhance mobility. 

Each session combines short, intense bursts of exercise with recovery periods, all done in a way that's safe, modifiable, and effective to help maintain vitality, muscle tone, and overall health. All equipment provided.

Vitality Flow Yoga—The Test

Vinyasa Style w/ Arm Balances, 75 min
(Saturday 9:15-10:30 AM)

A 75 minute yoga class focusing on fluid movements that enhance mobility, flexibility, balance, and strength. 

This class offers a super cross-training opportunity for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

New to yoga? Haven't liked yoga in the past? All good! You might love this style of yoga with us.

This class integrates continuous, smooth transitions between poses to promote a sense of vitality and well-being, aligning with the principles of strength, power, agility, resilience, and kinetics seen in S.P.A.R.K. Mat Class and MetaRev Rx, but through the calming and centering practice of yoga. 

Class finishes with savasana. 

*Please bring you own mat. Blocks and straps supplied.

indoor fitness studio at our farm at 188 Langford Drive, Warkworth.

equipment is provided, including blocks and straps. For yoga, please bring your own mat.
