Your Vitality Unleashed coaching encompasses a holistic approach to wellness, health, relationships, career progression, and strategic next moves.
I recently got some advice from three people I trust: one of my coaches, a longtime client, and my longtime therapist.
It was the same/similar advice: People's lives are very complicated right now.
Because feedback is the breakfast of champions, I made a change to my coaching offerings.
Less urgency, more ah-ha.
Your Vitality Unleashed is an eight (8) session coaching package that offers the opportunity to connect for 90 minutes, every other week-ish, for a four (4) month journey.
This format not only allows time to percolate, process, and apply what you discover, it gives me time to continue to ruminate on how I can serve you best.

Topics may (possibly) include, but are not limited to:
1️⃣ Knowledge is power: Understanding your body and its needs is the first step to better health. No need for a medical degree – just a little research and common sense.
2️⃣ Eat smart, not hard: You don't have to give up your favourite foods. Instead, focus on what you love to eat to easily dial-in your food.
3️⃣ Move it, don't lose it: No gym membership required! In today's world, mobility is key. Simple exercise ideas—specifically geared towards you, your lifestyle, and your goals—can make a big difference. So simple, you’ll stick with it.
4️⃣ Sleep like a boss: Quality sleep is essential for your health. Create a bedtime routine and stick to it. Your body (and mind) will thank you.
5️⃣ Strategically manage stress with ease: You probably already know that stress can wreak havoc on your health. Keeping stress management simple is the best medicine.
Working with me, you can expect honesty, compassion, and humour.
I’ll give you no-nonsense tips and tricks to help you take control without feeling like a lab rat at the doctor's office, a hamster on the therapist's couch, or spending hours at the gym.
This is NOT work-out or diet plan coaching.
We will discuss mindset, fitness, nutrition, and over-all wellness as it pertains to all aspects of your life.
You'll leave each session with actionable steps and tools you need to make real, meaningful change.
